Shipping

• Simply contact me to say your are interested in shipping me your photos, slides and/or negatives.

• I can provide a free estimated quote.

• I will email you the shipping order form for you to complete and send with your shipment.

• Ship your memorabilia to me with a tracking number so I know when to expect it.

• I will let you know once its received and assess and inventory contents of your package.

• I will confirm your quote for an estimated cost for the project if one hasn't already been given.

• If your quote for the project is over $100 a 30% up front payment of the estimated cost of the project is required before work can start.

• I will complete the project and invoice request the remaining balance of the project cost including cost of return shipping.

• I will ship your memorabilia back to you with your USB Flash Drive of scanned images along with the tracking number.

• I will follow up with you to make sure your received your delivery.
